We started the summer show season today at WMCN. We have a new day and time: Sunday noon to 2pm. It was nice to be back.
And we had Julia Floberg stop by with her guitar and cello! Live performances, without a doubt, are the best part of the radio show. Julia had an album (Two Roads to Nowhere) come out last month and is working on new material. She played a new song for us. I loved the sound, it has a retro folk-rock feel. It reminded me of that old movie, Butterflies are Free.
The theme today was summer. (The theme for next week is cars!) You can download the Spotify playlist if you want to listen to a music-only version of the show.
