Nat Harvie has a new song and video coming out today – Shovel. I’m going to call it a late Mother’s Day gift. If you forgot last weekend, here’s a reason to call your mom. The video stars Nat and Nat’s mom, Nancy Sudak. The song is vulnerable, sweet and tender. It reminded me of vulnerable times as a kid and with my kids. The video is fun but also vulnerable. It’s the look in the eyes of the stars that hits home. The adoration, pride and sameness. Nat’s new album New Virginity is releasing on June 7 via Boiled Records.
