The People’s March is happening Jan 18, 2025 in Saint Paul, Minnesota at the State Capitol. Hosted by Women’s March MN, the theme is Fired Up? Follow Up! The plan is to meet as a community, to draw strengths from each other as we lift each other up and to connect with nonprofits and other organizations who will need our help over the next four years. There will be a march and program.
The People’s March Pre-Party is time to get excited for the march. We will have coloring-book-type posters that folks can decorate and take home to share around town. Also, we’ll be rocking out to three fabulous performers:
- Faith Boblett showcases her own brand of pop, Americana, rock, and alt-country.
- Katy Vernon – performing with bandmate Paul Odegaard. Performing an acoustic set of her original music including new songs from their new project Favourite Girl.
- Cassandra Cole – singing about the human experience with raw energetic passion and an eclectic modern edge.
