So much fun to have Mike and Alan from Dashed in studio to talk about their recent self-titled album, which will be celebrated at the release party at Cloudland on April 19. For four bandmembers not originally from the Twin Cities, these guys seem to be connected to everyone. And they gave everyone a shout out on air. Heartwarming to hear about an album that created entirely in South Minneapolis from inception to recording (Minnehaha Recording) to pressing (Outta Wax). It’s both symptom and cause for the thriving music scene in the Twin Cities, weirdly fueled in the post pandemic era. Always fun to have Langen Goldstien (Girl at the Rock Show) cohost!
