Today was a bittersweet show; it’s the last of the semester. (Big thanks to Langen Goldstien, Girl at the Rock Shows, for hosting with me all semester!) Also, we spent the show talking about our friend Paul Engebretson, who passed away earlier in the semester. Paul was a huge local music booster, and he will be celebrated at Front Row Paul Fest May 31 and June 1 at Palmers. Big thanks to Taylor Carik (Whiskey Rock n Roll Club and PARISHES) for coming (back) in to talk about the show and Paul today. Taylor will be co-emceeing the two-day festival.
