Mostly MN Music with The Silent Treatment playing Fight for Your Civil Rights June 22 at the Hook

We’re back in the studio. Yay! And we were delighted to have The Silent Treatment in studio. Of course we talked about the Fight for Your Civil Rights fundraiser June 22 at the Hook and Ladder, which they are playing. It’s a family-friendly, day-time mini-festival with 11 performers and raising funds for the MN ACLU. It was also great to talk about and see how well the bandmembers (Clare Luger, Dave Randall, Keely Lane and Rob Sells) get along. The joy and respect are the underpinnings of their punk-forward music with a message. I can’t wait to see them next weekend! Big thanks to Langen Goldstien (Girl at the Rock Shows) for cohosting.

Check out the songs we played below or our aspirational playlist on Spotify.
