Mostly MN Music with Deep Dark Lake with album release on August 8 at Mortimer’s

It was great to have the members of Deep Dark Lake is studio, vocalist Lane Soderberg, bassist Craig Peck and drummer Joel Habedank. They are a fun team that plays interesting rock songs that hit emotional chords in part with lyrics and part through, well, the chords. It was great to get the stories behind the songs and see how the magic works between the three musicians.

You can check out the release of their new album, A Mountain of Anger and a Deep Dark Lake of Tears, at Mortimer’s on August 8.

Our theme this week was landmarks; you can check out the songs we played below or our aspirational playlist on Spotify.
