We’re so happy to be back in the studio and with Bryan and Jack from Velahsa. We could have talked for hours. These guys have known each other since grade school and it was fun to see the mutual respect and admiration when talking about music and life and the impact that music has had on their lives. The music is honest and the musicians and grounded and generous. Also, we got to hear a couple songs live. Always a treat! You can catch them live at Zhora Darling on November 19 playing with The Customers and Vice Chair.
Our theme this week was Hooks, Ladders and Firehouses in honor of the Hook and Ladder. (They are a nonprofit venue, very community minded and they need our financial help!
