Mostly MN Music Radio Hours with Ben Miller

We were delighted to have Ben Miller on the show yesterday – and more delighted that he brought his guitar. Ben plays with The Federales but he also just released some solo material – Three Muses. I especially like the Three Muses song out of the new collection and have been a fan of The Federales for some time. Ben’s a great example of Midwestern Americana.

We also had a theme of running today – because Heather and I ran a 10-mile race in the morning. It was a gorgeous day for it.  One of us was ready for the challenge. The other is in great pain as she’s typing up these notes!
