What a delight to have Sammie Jean Cohen on the show; you can see her play most Mondays at Sociable Ciderworks and December 7 at Underground Minneapolis.
Sammie is a singer-songwriter and a photographer. Turns out she’s drawn to music after a break up but loves to shoot weddings. Much of her music has a sadness but also a sense of journey. She played a song for us, which paints a picture of her time living off grid in Arizona, playing her guitar in the wild when a small family of wild horses gathered round to listen.
We also played music to celebrate Heather’s birthday, which is December 6! You can see the songs we played below or check out our aspirational playlist on Spotify.
