Kevin Bowe has a long and varied career as a music producer, engineer, songwriter and more. He has worked with an amazing list of artists from Etta James to Communist Daughter to Lynyrd Skynyrd. He continues to work with so many bands. It was fun to hear about his career, his approach to music and his upcoming album, Half Past Never, which was born of COVID boredom, much to our delight. The album has the feel of a hug and punch at the same time. There are stories of people that we love and hate. The moodiness of some of the songs are hidden by the upbeat tune.
