So much fun to have Mike and Pepper from The Dirty Pretty on the show today with special guest cohost artist and performer (and my eldest daughter!), Lily O’Donnell. We talked about music, Gambit Brewing, Gambit Fest (Oct 23-24 – lots of bands, good will and donations), love of St Paul and their work creating safe spaces especially for LGBTQIA+ people and conversation.
The music is a door opener, with straightforward lyrics and banging sound, but it’s their hearts that really won us over. You can see them play at Zhora Darling or Dusty’s on September 5.
