We are sad to report that Mostly MN Music will be off the radio airwaves. WMCN91.7fm is part of Macalester College and the college is closed. We’re super disappointed but it’s a small sadness compared to so many people who are out of pocket with cancelled gigs and closed bars and restaurants – and a host of other hardships.
We encourage people to spend you time sequestered buying merchandise from local musicians, checking out their online shows or making a donation to the Twin Cities Music Community Trust.
We may find a way to host interviews or online shows. If you’re an artist who would be into that – let us know. Otherwise – keep safe, keep dancing!
