Mostly MN Music with Sunken Planes releasing new album (In Due Time) Sept 12 at Cloudland

Sunken Planes joined us in studio to talk about their upcoming album (In Due Time) Sept 12, 2026 with a show at Cloudland. The album is both an extension and something different from their 2024 EP, Intersections. The band is also an extension and something new. But it feels like everything is going in great directions. I love the dreaminess (and car mentions?) of the lyrics and the new ambiance undercurrent in the sounds. They are honing in on a unique and awesome sound.

Our theme this week was long (days) or short nights, in honor of Summer Solstice. You can check out the songs we played below or our aspirational playlist on Spotify.
