It was a great show today – we had Ben and James from The Federales and Meghan from Kiss the Tiger. A highlight was having Ben and James play guitars and a harmonic – 2 people, 3 instruments in the tiny WMCN studio. Also great to hear about their upcoming album and their upcoming show over Labor Day weekend in Grand Marais.
I really enjoyed meeting Meghan. We’ve been trying to get Kiss the Tiger on the show for a while. Kiss the Tiger has some amazing videos – so it made all of the sense in the world to learn that she’s a performer. Can’t wait to see her next Sunday at the Do Re Mi 2 show, a night of sexist songs sung by righteous feminists.
