We enjoyed a cool show at the station after a too hot week! We celebrated the artists lined up to play Do Re #MeToo – righteous feminists singing sexist songs. It was a terrific show. (Which actually happened after the show but before I wrote up the notes.) It was a fundraiser for Access Abortion Front.
We were also thrilled to have Ted Hajnasiewicz on the show. I loved listening to his stories about getting (maybe strong arming) his younger sister into playing in his KISS cover band to an audience of stuffed animals. His music is great. His latest song (Paradise Lane) is fantastic and he played it for us. I also love his song about Minnesota – how could I not?
