Mostly MN Music – with Buffalo Fuzz and Meg Kirsch

Two great bands on the show today. We started with Buffalo Fuzz Country Collective. It was a full room full of great music. We got to hear about their Project Flame. All proceeds of the digital downloads benefit NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), which is pretty awesome. Buffalo Fuzz experienced a loss last summer when their lost drummer (Jake Allan) to suicide. It’s hard to hear about a loss like that but wonderful to see someone make the best of hard situation.

We also had Meg Kirsch on the show. I enjoyed her show at the Aster a few weeks ago and was glad to get her know her better. Nice to see a young women leading a strong group of musicians on the stage. Meg has such a lovely and sweet voice.

The rest of the show we heard songs about adult beverages.
