Lucas Kurmis is a trip hop, post punk noisy multimedia musician. He’s working on a new visual album project called Another Time/Life/Universe.
The music for the Time/Life/Universe has been released; he is painstakingly creating videos for each song. Late April, he released the latest chapter a triptych of three songs: Why? / I had a couple runs with the Devil / One Soul.
There’s something very modern about the sound of Lucas’ work and something timeless about the themes and something retro about the video rock opera approach. It’s an immersive experience to listen and watch the music, especially since it often leans more experimental. Here’s the latest addition:
